avanv Posted May 17, 2011 at 06:25 AM Report Posted May 17, 2011 at 06:25 AM Through the Chinese Government Scholarship I have been selected to study Regional Economics at Fudan University. As a General Scholar I will be studying in english, and I am a little confused about that because I thought I would be able to first learn Chinese and study that way. -Has any one attended Fudan University in the economics department? -What is the class structure, schedule, and expectations? -I have heard these general scholar classes are mixed with chinese, european master degree students, and I guess in-between-undergrads like me. Any Idea? -What standard of marks is considered average or above average? I have a GPA of 3.5 and like to maintain above 80%, will this be enough to pass respectfully? -How many teachers will I have? Will I have time to study Chinese on my own or with a tutor? Lots of questions, I don't really care if they are all answered just looking for some insights about the REGIONAL ECONOMICS program at FUDAN University in Shanghai. Thanks for your time! Quote
