I'm in the middle of doing some translation for a friend and I came upon a sentence I can't understand. It feels like there is a significant lack of verbs. Can anyone help me interpret this? 甲方所出售给乙方的产品必须手续（文件）齐全， 质量保证，供货及时。 I consider myself very good at Chinese, but I'm new to translating contracts. Can anyone help me understand this sentence? Quote
