Question about a sentence...

Hello!

I'm in the middle of doing some translation for a friend and I came upon a sentence I can't understand. It feels like there is a significant lack of verbs. Can anyone help me interpret this?

甲方所出售给乙方的产品必须手续(文件)齐全, 质量保证,供货及时。

I consider myself very good at Chinese, but I'm new to translating contracts. Can anyone help me understand this sentence?

I would parse the sentence as follows

(甲方) [所 (出售给乙方的产品)] (必须) (手续齐全, 质量保证,供货及时)。

In bad English, I would translate it as:

The first party, as to the goods to be provided to the second party, must complete the paperwork in its entirety, protect the goods, and provide the goods in a timely manner.

OP, why is it necessary to claim that you are very good at Chinese when you are asking for help in interpreting such a Chinese sentence?

In the future, pasting it into Google Translate might help. You can hover over the words in English and it highlights their equivalents in Chinese. Not perfect, but sometimes very useful. http://translate.google.com

Hey, thanks for the responses! I can see it now--sometimes you just have to change the perspective. Thanks, jbradfor.
