Recently, I have taken it upon myself to transcribe people's hand-written notes from our weekly meetings at work (see attached). Rather than pester my busy colleagues for help, I figured I would ask people here for input. I work at a radio station (if that helps). Below is the best I could do, good luck to anyone else! 1. 工商訪談，在登錄簿上勿再各別書寫記住， 今後登記請登在「登記表」 登記愈一週，未經contract，屆時取消 2. 簽到無法到對？未事先申明，請辦補假XXXX 3. 廣告製作改稿頻繁，注意改進，如不打字AE本人？在場 4. 義務？務，在月？？次，on air客戶請用push？節目中請？？，close？請？申辦有？？的客戶XXXX XXXX（XX） XXXX廣告可申請。 5. ？？？你，（1）?取call in，（2）協助其他同事 在office的內應工作。 6. Call in登錄表已？施，真正做到透明？。 7. 稿內容，？？依規定反應，可避免？？來？不？？的情況發生，？影響公司利益和攻？。 8. ？？廣告內容，創意，的改進，聽覺的？術？活？？ 9. 廣告太多，在電台推出內容的結構偏高，應注意，節目正常化。 10.
