Universities with later deadline

I'm sure you certainly can help me with more informations.I'm interested to study in China this August,for 1 month.

I look for the application for the BLCU in Beijing,but this is my problem:in this moment i don't have the passport.Do you know some universities who have a long deadline of application?

I request the passport yesterday,i can't receive less than 30 days.

I'm a stupid,i know...
