Thought I would ask permission instead of forgiveness on this...

I've been struggling to improve my reading skills, and would like to post a series of questions about sentences I'm struggling to comprehend as I encounter them. I'm not sure of the dominant problem I have - insufficient grammar knowledge, lack of knowledge of phrases, or perhaps just general stupidity.

Which is the best forum for this?

- Reading and Writing Skills

- Art and Literature (for books other than graded readers)
