Problem with Confucius Institute Scholarship?

I heard some people who got a Confucius Institute Scholarship for two year master degree and now studying in China said that they are in troble now, because HanBan will not provide them full scholarships anymore. They will be given scholarships based on their performances, only a few people who have a great score will still get full scholarships. Some will get partial scholarships, and others will not be granted scholarship anymore. Is it real?

it looks like they (Hanban) changed their rules for Scholarship program in this year.

Generally, the Continuity of the Scholarship is based on the Performance in the previous year.

But, as long as you maintain an above average score, there should be no problem.

There is no need to worry, as long as you have a decent score.
