[in respect of] your words and actions and general manner, [in respect of] make-up also spray a little perfume. Is that right? It seems awkward. I think the person basically wanted to say: 打扮得时尚点。言行举止和化妆上要多注意(下功夫)。还有，喷点香水。But it is so badly constructed that I think most people just have to guess what exactly it is supposed to mean...
