Yeah, pretty inevitable. Since I don't live in China, I need to rely on others to list the most common.

Both. It's a brand of baijiu made by a company of the same name.

However 富士康 has become very well known not just in China but also internationally recently, not in the best way though... And I don't know about Hong Kong, but 五粮液 and 茅台 are, if not more, at least as famous as 青岛啤酒 in mainland.
