Shelley Posted July 12, 2011 at 08:31 PM Report Posted July 12, 2011 at 08:31 PM Hi, I am probably going to get a reputation for this being one of things that gets me on my soapbox. People getting tattooes and not knowing what they mean. It was explained to me on this forum in one word - alcohol. So i decided not to go on about it but this one just got me going, its so big and permanent and the meaning is unknown. Sorry just got to me. shelley Oh maybe not so big just realised it an arm not a back:) Quote
New Members daulphin Posted July 17, 2011 at 09:54 AM New Members Report Posted July 17, 2011 at 09:54 AM well, like other hanzi, individually it can have many meanings, like in "耽搁", it means " delay", while in "耽于" it means " dedicated to sth, or love to do sth". Don't know if this helps you..hope so.. Quote
