skylee Posted July 10, 2011 at 12:32 AM Report Share Posted July 10, 2011 at 12:32 AM It is in Chinese. An advertisement. If you can't read Chinese you probably have no need for this service.
Lu Posted July 10, 2011 at 12:22 PM Report Share Posted July 10, 2011 at 12:22 PM It's spam. They want to sell you official receipts you can use to pay less tax (or something. I don't entirely understand the fapiao thing).

Lu Posted July 11, 2011 at 12:57 PM Report Share Posted July 11, 2011 at 12:57 PM My english is not as well as my chinese, there may have some grammer mistakes,if have, wish you could point out.Hi Semper, if you don't mind, I do have a tip for you: after a full stop (.), a comma (,) or other punctuation marks (: ; ! ?), leave a space. Chinese doesn't leave spaces between words or after punctuation marks, but in English this is important. Leaving a space after your full stops, commas etc will make your English look better instantly. I hope this is useful for you!And thanks for the explanation. I have a friend who collects fapiao and swears it's not for cheating purposes and I believe him, although I don't quite get how it works. Something with that you need to spend money before you get fapiao, but if you don't have the money, you can't get an advance without a fapiao even if you need an advance, which is where other fapiao come in. skylee Posted July 11, 2011 at 01:00 PM Report Share Posted July 11, 2011 at 01:00 PM But that is fraud, isn't it?
roddy Posted July 12, 2011 at 01:16 PM Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 at 01:16 PM Could be used for claiming back expenses, or passed off as business costs to pay less tax. Yes, it's fraud (otherwise they'd be advertising in newspapers. Although perhaps they are).
kdavid Posted July 12, 2011 at 01:42 PM Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 at 01:42 PM I just recently received a strange email, with just a picture as attachment. I am not absolutely sure if its chinese, but maybe you can have a look at it and try to translater. It appears that you've been contacted by a recently widowed Hong Kong businesswoman who has just inherited 258,781,165 US dollars from her late husband, who was a land developer. She needs your help in transferring this money to an off-shore bank account. She's prepared to give you 49% of the total sum transferred for your assistance. Seems like a good deal.... In addition, sometimes some companies do not give you 发票 so that they can avoid paying for the tax, and then you need to collect 发票 from another company. At this time, you are not fraud, but the former company. Totally speaking, there are someone considered to be fraud.
