Chinese Language Courses for Heritage Speakers

was wondering if there is such a thing as Chinese as a Second Language courses for Heritage Speakers in China, and if so which China universities are offering such courses?

Has anyone taken such courses, how different are they from the 'regular' chinese language center courses?
