Does anyone know how this kind of pattern is used?

[完全干净的孩子] [女巫] [嗅上去] [最臭]

= [topic-OBJECT: completely clean children] [sUBJECT: witches] [VERB: smell (them)] ["descriptive/resultative"*: were most smelly]

= Completely clean children - when witches smelled them, they were the most smelly

= To witches, completely clean children stank the most.

* Note: made-up term. It's the result of the 'smell' verb.

You can think of it as [完全干净的孩子] [女巫嗅上去(就觉得他们)最臭].
