Since the post above was deemed insensitive, I have deleted it, but I find it really puzzling that whereas any other social topic is open for discussion, religious beliefs and evangelizing are outside the domain of what is allowed to bring to the table. I have had enough encounters with proselytizing Christians in China that have not been sensitive to their host culture, that I find this sort of translation problematic. If either of you want to start a discussion about that, you're welcome (well, to be honest I don't think it'll do any good. But I think that about lots of topics). Roddy was right, I'm just asking for help with a translation. Before submitting this Topic, I read some postings on this forum and was impressed by the eagerness of the members to help and to give of their time to one another. It is a testimony to the professionalism and pride of its members and their love for the Chinese language. This text will be used for an Android app, I've already translated from English to Spanish which was easy since I know the language, but I know nothing of Chinese so I'm at the mercy of those willing to help me in this endeavor.
