Kenny同志 Posted August 4, 2011 at 04:01 AM Report Share Posted August 4, 2011 at 04:01 AM I added the URL of my website to Google (http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl ) two days ago but still, I can’t find it on Google. Is there any way for my website to be found on Google earlier? Thanks in advance.
imron Posted August 4, 2011 at 04:03 AM Report Share Posted August 4, 2011 at 04:03 AM It can take a few days or even longer for Google to get around to visiting your site. You just need to sit back and wait.

roddy Posted August 4, 2011 at 06:02 AM Report Share Posted August 4, 2011 at 06:02 AM If you search for the url it's there, so it knows about the site - I'd guess you just need to wait for new content to be indexed.

XiaoXi Posted August 6, 2011 at 08:43 AM Report Share Posted August 6, 2011 at 08:43 AM If you search for the url it's there, so it knows about the site - I'd guess you just need to wait for new content to be indexed. If you search for the URL and its there then that's it, its indexed. I think that's all he's waiting for to happen. Shouldn't this be in the SEO forums? Hehe. Matty Posted August 8, 2011 at 01:20 AM Report Share Posted August 8, 2011 at 01:20 AM Also remember... Just because you're searching for your exact domain name doesn't mean it will be the top result - REALLY! For example "kennywoo.com" will only return 2 obvious results. Instead search for "site:kennywoo.com". This will only show results from inside kennywoo.com, hence if kennywoo.com has been indexed at all, it will show. Hope this helps!
