What does this mean in English?

From top to bottom:

布 - material/cloth

兰 - orchid

丁 - 4th of the 10 Heavenly Stems (basically the equivalent of D, if you had 4 things and you were going to number them A, B, C, D).

Put together it will sound like Bulanding, so I'm guessing it's meant to be a name, maybe Brandon or Brendan, however the person doing it didn't realise that Chinese doesn't work like that. It's like he's taken 3 completely unrelated words e.g. bra, ran, and done, and then put them together on top of each other like:

bra

ran

done

to make something that sort of approximates the pronunciation of the name Brandon, but doesn't really quite have the right pronunciation, and has a completely different meaning.
