Note that those hand-written characters are a mixture of simplified and traditional. The correct version in simplified characters would be:

感冒灵颗粒

(三九医药股份有限公司)

And in traditional characters:

感冒靈顆粒

(三九醫藥股份有限公司)

I haven't tried any of it, but I know a bit about this enterprise. It's a famous medical and pharmaceutical enterprise with quite strong war /military industry background. Its products are usually with low cost for it has all kinds of privileges in many aspects. For example, its transport cost is very low for it can order the local and ecdemic army to deliver all its goods within China mainland. And it has very close relation with some big army hospitals. So you can see its research and development ability is very strong and very few state-owned and foreign companies in this field can stack up against it in China. Its biggest consumer is army, not common people. So I think the quality is OK. (Just my private opinion. For reference only!)
