I would appreciate it if someone could translate this picture into English please. It is off some technical drawings and it might mean a measurement or reference to a part of something, many thanks! adam temp.bmp
jbradfor Posted August 12, 2011 at 03:09 AM Report Share Posted August 12, 2011 at 03:09 AM Turn backwards (counter-clockwise?) 120 "teeth". I'm a bit confused as to the "齿". I thought that means tooth, but "degrees" makes more sense here (given the total lack of context.....). [Wouldn't degrees be "度"?]
Bonny Posted August 12, 2011 at 03:27 AM Report Share Posted August 12, 2011 at 03:27 AM Reverse circular motion(120 cogs)? I am a Chinese, I think 齿 maybe means cogs
New Members adamfreeman Posted August 12, 2011 at 07:34 AM Author New Members Report Share Posted August 12, 2011 at 07:34 AM Ah many thanks! That makes total sense. The thing it was referring too was a cog in a watch mechanism so the part would have 120 teeth around 60 minutes that turn in an anti-clockwise direction. Thank you very much Adam
