Help translating a picture into eglish

Turn backwards (counter-clockwise?) 120 "teeth".

I'm a bit confused as to the "齿". I thought that means tooth, but "degrees" makes more sense here (given the total lack of context.....). [Wouldn't degrees be "度"?]

Ah many thanks!

That makes total sense. The thing it was referring too was a cog in a watch mechanism so the part would have 120 teeth around 60 minutes that turn in an anti-clockwise direction.
