darjeeling Posted August 12, 2011 at 12:39 AM Report Posted August 12, 2011 at 12:39 AM Hello all, Hope someone can help me out  ??? I am writing regarding a business visit from 2 Chinese colleagues to UK. Our English Business Partner wants to issue us an invitation letter. So far it is not very clear for me if they must ask for an official invitation at their nearest immigration office or police or they just can write a standard letter. Furthermore, there must be written a letter for each individual or 1 letter would be enought? Thanks in advance, Darjeeling ;) Quote
roddy Posted August 12, 2011 at 08:26 AM Report Posted August 12, 2011 at 08:26 AM They can just write it on their company's headed paper - there's no 'official' UK invitation letter like there is in China. I'd guess you'll need two (or at least two copies) as you'll need to submit two separate visa applications. Quote
