Campus Recruitment Campaigns in China

Hello all forum-users,

(Please let me know if I have misplaced this post - I ma new and unsure where best to put it up...)

I am in need of some advice: I am interning with a company in Beijing and we are looking to launch a nationwide campus recruitment campaign. Although my colleagues are Chinese graduates themselves (some with relatively good English) trying to talk to them about what constituted a 'good' campus recruitment campaign when they were at University is proving a little difficult (a mixture of my inadequate Chinese and their misunderstanding of my questions) means that I'm not getting very far in better understanding what will make our campus recruitment campaign extra special and worth the investment.

I would like to think that having just graduated from 4 years at Uni myself that I fully understand what a successful campaign in England would entail but I would like to know if similar practices should be applied in China (alumni speaking, freebies - especially of the edible kind, short and visually stimulating presentations, selling the idea of working for the company as a 'healthy lifestyle', favourably benchmarking our company against our competitors etc etc)?

Moreover, if anyone has any ideas or suggestions for any particular 'Chinese' practices that may be applicable or how best conduct such a campaign then I would love to hear your comments!
