However, I've been unable to translate anything else. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Quote

Or alternatively it might be the name of a place. 雷公 (lei gong) means thunder god, or in your case perhaps the elders/ancesters of the the Lei/Louie-surnamed people of the village. 祠 (ci) means the ancestral hall. 1 Quote
