I mean sure, all tigers are fierce, but you can at least imagine the concept of a tiger that wasn't fierce). For reference: Quote

But since it is just a little red cartoon duck, you could change the 大 to 小 to emphasise its cuteness, so that it becomes 小魔鴨 (xiao mo ya, little demonic / magic duck). 3 Quote
