I'm not learning 上海话 but I've stumbled upon this online dictionary.

It's got audio, romanisation and many example sentanecs.

It's the best thing available but very incomplete and the problem is that there isn't a standard set of characters for Shanghainese which makes it difficult to search.

And it's more like a mixed with Mandarin kind of Shanghainese.

I've seen this before. It's pretty good, and the sound files are very clear, although spoken a bit fast for anyone who's trying to listen to and repeat it. As rezaf says, though, it's difficult to search (but then, Shanghainese paper dictionaries are all like that too).
