Kenny同志 Posted September 7, 2011 at 02:03 PM Report Posted September 7, 2011 at 02:03 PM It’s a kind of almond cakes produced by a Macao bakery named 鉅記餅家 (Ju’s bakery), which is very famous. Quote

jbradfor Posted September 7, 2011 at 06:35 PM Report Posted September 7, 2011 at 06:35 PM FWIW, I've found the Chinese-market almond cookies much better than the American-market ones; it wouldn't surprise me if the British-market ones were similar to the American-market ones. Basically, I think the American-market ones are two sweet, while the Chinese-market ones have much more taste. Quote

skylee Posted September 9, 2011 at 09:11 AM Report Posted September 9, 2011 at 09:11 AM Which explains why your friend had to bring them to you all the way from China. Do you like them better than the M&S Almond Biscuits? (This is one of the best selling food of the M&S in Hong Kong I believe.) Quote
