Help in translating instruction

I wouldn't have bothered you if google translate was somehow understandable, here is the point:

i want to install diablo 2 with chinese localization, which i found here verycd.com/topics/2747133/ (it may give you a clue maybe..)

i didn't get this points at all:

一. 10. 下面的三步全部点“否”即可完成“暗黑破坏神2罪恶再生”简体中文版的安装。

二. 1. 首先放入“GameSpeed”，请点击“暗转II中英文转换工具”图标。把语言修改成“英文”。修改成功后，点确定。

二. 7. 以下两步全点“否”，即可完成“暗黑破坏神2：毁灭之王”英文版的安装。

二. 10. 完成“暗黑破坏神2毁灭之王”简体中文版1.10的安装。（am i supposed to do something here, or it just states that the work is finished?）

二. 1. First insert “GameSpeed”, press "blackout 2 English language transform tool" icon. Change the language to "English" After this change, press "accept/OK".

二. 7. for the following 2 steps, press "no". This will install “暗黑破坏神2：毁灭之王” (diablo 2: king of destruction???) English language edition.

and may be you can help me with this? it is a program that was in the game installation. when i click on it, it disappears

It's just saying its not healthy to play the game too much.

Although I'm always a bit suspicious of files that disappear after you run them.
