“被女朋友给甩了”AND“被女朋友甩了”没有太大的区别，只是一种说话形式而言。就像英文中用a little bit, 也可以用a little, a bit表示相同的意思。

他是个失败者表示他的命运不怎么好或者他处在人生的低谷，只是一种客观评价；而他是个败类通常指这个人经常做坏事，让人感觉厌恶。
