and I can't make it work so I need help please

You can't make it work how?

According to the photos, the remote control can automatically recognise your TV (the model etc I suppose). But if it can't, you should first turn on your TV (press the power button on the TV), then point the remote at the TV and press the "mute" button for about 4 seconds (keep pressing it). The indicator light will blink and then stop. When it blinks again that means that the remote is searching. And when you see the volume sign on the TV screen it should have recognised your TV, and you can release the "Mute" button.

But then of course first of all there must be batteries in the remote.

Pressing Vol+ and Vol- at the same time you get the menu.

Pressing Vol+ and Power at the same time the cursor goes up.

Pressing Vol+ and Mute at the same time the cursor goes down.

Pressing Vol+ and Ch+ at the same time the cursor moves left.

Pressing Vol+ and Ch- at the same time it moves right.
