Chinese for big size clothing?

Hi, i'd like to know different expressions for big size clothing. I think I can probably search on google maps in my town for shops having clothing and shoes for larger men if i just got the right words for it.

So please help me with some relevant expressions in chinese for;

- big size clothing, king size clothing large clothing, clothing for large/big men

- big size shoes, big shoes

I think big size is normally translated as 大码 da4ma3 in Chinese. So big size clothing would be 大码服装 da4ma3fu2zhuang1 and big size shoes 大码鞋 da4ma3xie2.

We say 大尺碼 (big size) in Taiwan.

A related phrase is 零碼鞋 for shoes that only certain sizes left are available, i.e. extra large or extra small shoes.

I typically hear 大号.

Hmmm, I thought 大号 normally means L size clothes but not necessarily king size...

You can always add a 特 to the 大号 if you need extra large sizes

特大号____ (then insert desired article of clothing here)

Though I have tried to google these words to find a shop in Xiamen who sells big size clothing but haven't really found anything yet.

I would be grateful if you also can put the expression in context with "store" or "shop"

i e What would be the best translation for Kingsize clothing shop, kingsize shoe shop or something like that?

There is one not too far away from my home called 某某大码女装专营店. The names may vary slightly but I'd assume that they will be similar, like 大码服装专卖 or, if you are looking for guys clothing, 大码男装 then.

Get onto ditu.google.com - there are a couple of results for 厦门 大码。 There must also be clothes shopping streets or wholesale markets - might be worth asking around.

叉L is like a medium back home. The pair of trousers I'm wearing as I type this (bought in China) are 5叉L

I've actually seen several shops in Beijing that are quite direct and announce they sell 胖人服装 and such.
