I don't have any information about that song, but I was interested to see that the singer was also a famous movie star, and that archives of several of her movies (from the 1930's) are available through the Internet Archive for streaming or downloading-

Thanks for your answer ! That's right, Zhou Xuan was also a movie star, like most of the Chinese famous singers at that time. My favourite Zhou Xuan was precisely performed in Street Angel :
