Chinese-Forums.com inaccessible a while ago

Chinese-Forums.com was not directly accessible at a few intervals here in Hunan during the last twenty hours but could be accessed via a proxy. Has anybody experienced the same problem?

I've had this problem a few times where I live. Did you try any other foreign sites? There has been a few times when almost all foreign sites were blocked for a few hours, but then it came back.

www.proz.com was blocked at the same time when Chinese-forums.com was down.Poz went back to normal the next day.

I've found that lately Chinese-Forums has been very slow from a direct Chinese connection sometimes to the point of evertually totally timing out.

It's tricky to edit the post- it is very slow and the html code may pop up if you paste the content from Word.

If you paste the content from word, you should use the "Paste From Word" button - it's the far right button on the toolbar that has a Word logo on it. This will prevent the html code from being added.

My problem with editing isn't that it's hard or coding appear, it's that when I press save I get an alert box popping up telling me "ReferenceError: CKEDITOR is not defined".

If you're on a reasonable connection and have a functioning proxy and you still have problems, let me know. Otherwise, there's not much I can do. You could try using the mobile version to cut down on page size.
