Cindy would be the most obvious choice, but there are already so many Chinese girls named Cindy, it would be nice to use something else. Maybe Cecily, Cynthia, Siena, Sylvia?

I like the name Cindy. It's common without feeling dated. Personally, I think when picking a name, you should pick something relatively ordinary.
