in my experience, when it seems to make absolutely no sense, it usually is the name of a person, product, brand name, or place. yes it is frustrating

That leaves the question, what does this name mean? A play of words? A reference to something else? Does it just sound good?

In Cantonese the term 花心 is as it sounds, flower heart, but is sometimes used in a negative sense followed by the term "lor baat" (I'm not sure of the characters and didn't want to write 蘿蔔). Its a derogatory term for someone who is a bit of a player with the ladies.

However, this seems to literally say "flower heard head vegetable" which like everyone says is probably more of a screen name than a hidden meaning.
