Ian_Lee Posted January 5, 2005 at 07:33 PM Report Share Posted January 5, 2005 at 07:33 PM Does anybody notice that the movie "Day After Tomorrow" has three different Chinese title translations respectively in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan? In Mainland China, it is translated as 后天 In Hong Kong, it is 明日之后 In Taiwan, it is 明天过后 Which one do you think is the best, the most correct grammatically and most commensurate with the content of the movie? Catdiseased Posted January 5, 2005 at 07:42 PM Report Share Posted January 5, 2005 at 07:42 PM I think Hou Tian is the best translation, literally seen. But Ming Tian Guo Hou fits best.
