歐博思 Posted November 8, 2011 at 02:49 AM Report Posted November 8, 2011 at 02:49 AM LSM ala http://www.utpsyc.org/synch/ Just analyzes text to see the similarity between two writers' pieces. It to some degree can predict success of marriages according to study somewhere (I'll find it if sb is really interested). The link I gave above cannot analyze Chinese though edit: here is the link http://www.psychologicalscience.org/index.php/news/releases/the-language-of-young-love-the-ways-couples-talk-can-predict-relationship-success.html Quote
WestTexas Posted November 8, 2011 at 06:53 AM Report Posted November 8, 2011 at 06:53 AM Interesting stuff. I put in two pieces both by myself and clicked that I was strangers with the person, got a score of 92. Then I put in something I'd written and Chapter 1 of War and Peace and got a 93. I'm not sure what this is supposed to mean, like, my writing style is more similar to some Tolstoy translator than to myself? Quote
imron Posted November 8, 2011 at 11:12 AM Report Posted November 8, 2011 at 11:12 AM I only got 87 against myself. Quote
jbradfor Posted November 9, 2011 at 03:21 AM Report Posted November 9, 2011 at 03:21 AM 欧博思's post and WestTexas' post have a LSM of 76 against each other. Quote
