It show with a diagram how the mouth should form for each sound. There is a book from BCLU which does the same but is only in Chinese. Another thing is that the audio is really clear, and it has features that help you identify tones, and features to help you correctly pronounce the difficult z,c,s,r, zh, ch, sh vowels. Quote
