BTW, a HK traditional bakery 奇華 has recently seen this niche (手信) and joined the market (which essentially means a lot of packaging of its original products).

The best omiyage producer in Macau should be 鉅記.

Their package is labeled in 4 languages: Chinese, English, Portuguese and Japanese.

oh my.... those cookies, cakes, dried beef and pork.

it seems Macau's whole retail economy is based on them, and then they are free you don't even need to pay for them, just keep walking up and down Macau's streets and u will accumulate enough for 手信。
