How do you say TV 'episode' in Chinese?

I've been doing various searches trying to find out how to refer to a TV episode in Chinese. I've came across ji2 - 集 (which seems more like a measure word for episodes) and cha1 qu3 插曲, which could be the word I'm looking for. Can anyone help with this?

Thanks!

Ah yes, I was actually wondering about this too. 集 is one of those words that feels too short to use the way I would use "episode" in English. I understand “第23集” but how would you say something like:

"Yesterday I saw an episode of Arrested Development...."

or

"Oh yeah, there's this one episode of Seinfeld where...."

It always sounds funny and I have to repeat myself when I say things like "我看了一集。。。“ or "有一集。。。". But is that how it's done?
