Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if any of you know of a good book which teaches Chinese writing skills. I am living in China and am teaching myself. I am nearing hsk 4 level but my competencies are all over the place so I'm branching out my learning to focus on each area individually but am having some difficulty finding a book covering the writing aspect.

Thanks,

Andy.

How about these two:

Boping Yuan & Kan Qian's Developing Writing Skills in Chinese. Routledge, London & New York 2003.

Yu Feng's A Learners' Handbook of Modern Chinese Written Expressions (现代汉书面语学习手册). The Chinese University Press, Hong Kong 2000.
