Can anyone tell me where registration would take place for Chinese language students? Also, any other information regarding your experience at CNU would be much appreciated!

This page has registration information for the Spring 2017 semester (maybe they will update it soon for the Fall semester?)

Edit: you need to click on 学期安排 to display the academic calendar and registration information.

Hello I'm from Canada and I will be a Chinese Language student this year at CNU (2017-2018). I was wondering if there would be any other international students in the course with me? :)

@paulina I think there will a lot of expats there. The CSC website showed a body of 2500 foreign students (if my memory serves me correctly). There are a few videos on youtube of the campus uploaded by expats that I've seen, but it's not as popular a choice as BLCU, BNU, or Tsinghua from what I gather. Although, I did pick it as my first choice as my chinese teacher told me they had a really good program. I'm encouraged to know that the program trains students who are going to be at Tsinghua for a degree afterwards @MrDuque.

@edelweils Well, from my personal view everything regarding this uni has been ok in most of the things so far and people have commented that the accomodation it's fairly above the average (at least compared to BLCU double dorms). Class sizes are quite appropiate and the quality of my teachers it's pretty good in my opinion. Regarding my course (the one intended for undergraduate degree seeking students), my classes start at 8:30 every day and end at 16:50 from monday to wednesday (15:00 on thursday and 11:50 on friday with 20min breaks between each class and a longer break for lunch)
