Overseas Universities with a Chinese major, by the sea

I am a Chinese tutor, and recently I am hunting for a job in another country that have Chinese major and also by the seaside.

I don't know anything about it but Hawaii is supposed to be good for Chinese studies (?) and for being by the sea (?!)

If you care for working in HK, which is technically not overseas, perhaps you could consider the Chinese University of HK and the HK Institute of Education. Both are pretty close to the sea. The HK University of Science and Technology has a stunning seaview but has no Chinese Department (but surely there are Chinese teaching posts in its language centre).

I have a friend who studied Chinese at the University of La Rochelle (France). Thought I'd throw that in, since it's for sure by the sea!
