Taipei Language Institute...in Beijing & Shanghai??

I've been scanning these forums up and down for any references to TLI, but notta thing so far.

I spoke with someone from IUP's office at Stanford and they said some of their students do prep work at TLI first. On the surface, that sounds pretty good. It's expensive (website says US$12-13/hr) but if the quality is there, it might be worth it. Any impressions about their Beijing or Shanghai branches - good or bad - would be most welcome.
