I think that's Japanese.  Maybe Korean, but I think Japanese.  In any case, I'm 99% certain it isn't Cantonese or Fujianhua. 100% certain it isn't Mandarin.

Interestingly (or not), I stumbled across the demo for 月亮惹的祸 somewhere and downloaded it.  He was just working on the music/melody, so just sings "deeda deeda duh, deeda deeda du" the whole way through.

The version in your video, I think it might be the disco version, not the original one.  This song is originally sung by a male singer named 张宇.  here is the link where you can download this song (if you need),  I have put these two versions together.

I'm very glad with your answer. I think it's the rockversion indeed. The link didn't work but I got the song by using 男人的好 and 张宇 as a search in youtube.  I'm really looking for the discoversion though. The female voice with the discobeat I really like!
