azzurra87 Posted December 30, 2011 at 09:48 AM Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 at 09:48 AM Dear friends, I have 2 more questions, with 2 different sentences: the first one is: “你怎么可以从我肚子上踩过去?啊?” here I can't understand the meaning in chinese, does it means: HOW COULD YOU WALK ON MY BELLY? I'm not sure this is the correct translation Here it comes the second one, 罗寡妇啊罗寡妇,莫非那桩事真来了吗? does it mean: LUO WIDOW, AH, LUO WIDOW, DID SHE COME? because I really can't understand 那桩事 refers to what? Thanks a lot for your help
joe hetfield Posted December 30, 2011 at 10:05 AM Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 at 10:05 AM en.. first one, "从...踩过去" means "step on something", so I think "walk on" is not a proper translation. second one, "那桩事"="那件事" it refers something mentioned before, I think you need to check the context.
