Chinese rock

I asked for some reccomendations for Chinese rock on Lang-8 and got some good suggestions like 许巍, which was a bit softer than I was looking for and 扭曲的机器 which was a bit too heavy. I know, I'm like a rock 'n' roll Goldilocks... Does anyone have any good suggestions for Chinese rock music, not exactly like but in a similar vein as Guns n Roses, Black Sabbath, Van Halen and so on. Both Mandarin and Cantonese suggestions welcome!

Death metal seem to be more prevalent than G 'n R and Black Sabbath in the Chinese metal scene (I'd like to hear a Chinese version of "War Pigs"). If you would be interested in some alternative rock, there are some choices.

Cheers Gato! I love Carsick Cars's sound, very cool. I've just listened to Magpie by Birdstriking and hoping that is only the tip of the iceberg, man, they knocked that track out of the park! I've been a fan of Joyside for a while, I love there punk album. Anyway I gush over good music all day, but I won't, thanks again!
