Scroll translation request

My turn for one of these

Co-worker has a scroll that I can't quite get. I can get the 梅鹤山水 from one, and 六十九 from the other, but that's it.

Help?

Isn't it a bummer when people think you know some Chinese but then it turns out that you can't help them out when it comes to these things? I tried to figure this out for a while but didn't get very far. I also asked a native speaker who had trouble with it as well. Here are some guesses. Hopefully, someone else can come up with the right answer.

First one: 棕幽滝梅鹤山水

Second one: 棕幽 (some characters in between) 六十九泉筆

No clue on the seal.

Yeah, especially as inevitably the Chinese in question is written in script form. Some how saying "if it were in print form I could read it" does not bring back my honor.

You are sure it is Chinese? Whenever I see 滝 I assume it is Japanese.

I think the first word should be 探instead of 棕. Based on that my reading would be:

探幽滝梅鹤山水.AND

探幽廿二年六十九泉筆.

BTW,廿二is a number (22)

Ah, that makes sense.

How would you translate that?

"exploring remote [lands], [encountering] a scenery with waterfalls, plum trees, and cranes"

"exploring remote [lands] for 22 years, 69 flows from my brush???"

The seal seems like 華峯 (the peak of mt. Hua) to me.

Don't know if 探幽滝 was the painter's pen name or exploring the Long river.

廿二六十九泉笔 would mean "this was drawn near a flow, in the 22th year of XX' Regin, when he was 69 years old, "
