Hi,

The title says it all . . . .

Is this even close? 他不会被胜利冲昏头脑。

Thanks for any thoughts, ideas, corrections, chocolate chip cookie recipes, etc.

I like Kenny's version a lot more.

It's better to translate idioms with like idioms rather than a hard translation of an idiom.

For instance, I like to say hitting my head on tofu until I die. Good luck understanding it in english that way whereas in Chinese, it makes sense.
