Mactuary Posted March 16, 2012 at 01:27 PM Report Posted March 16, 2012 at 01:27 PM Greetings fellow forumers, I have some questions regarding getting a visa from Harbin to South Korea and Russia. I am an Australian citizen I have an X visa I'm studying Chinese for one year, leaving in January 2013 How do I get a visa to these countries? I've been hearing talk of needing to go to Shenyang for Korean visa and Beijing for the Russian visa. I've also heard that I get the visas through a travel agent, so I wouldn't need to go to these cities myself. Has anyone had any experience with this? And how much will they cost? Also while I know the places to go in Korea, I don't know anything about Russia, I haven't made many Russian friends either. It's so big, I'm thinking about going to Vladivostok since it's so close to Harbin. 1 Quote
chinadude2006 Posted March 16, 2012 at 05:40 PM Report Posted March 16, 2012 at 05:40 PM You won't need a visa for South Korea if you are just visiting. Australians can visit for 90 days with just a passport. You'll definitely need a visa for Russia, best bet is to contact the nearest consulate or embassy. Quote
