经常没事

I feel the sentence doesn't flow that well. If this is written by a teacher (since its in an exam) I'd ask the teacher to see if maybe he/she miswrote it.

If I used a liberal touch to translate the meaning, I'd use: Later on, I think we(in the future) won't have many things to do so we should go out more.

I'd phrase it as 我觉得咱以后(要)没事应该经常出去玩玩 or 我觉得以后(要)没事咱应该经常出去玩玩. It sounds better this way to me. Just my personal opinion. "经常没事" sounds a bit awkward in this particular example.
