She sounds like a tough one.

Thank you gato for the cool translation, though I still don't understand tan tai fa.

As for 油, I did just assume she was saying the English YO, which is funny.

Because 坍台 is used frequently in shanghainese, and 发 here is used as a question marker (like 吗 in mandarin). Basically, the last part means something like "embarrassing?".
