Creative people in Xi'an

I am visiting a friend in Xi'an for a few months starting in May, seeing if any creative locals or visitors are interested in meeting up and doing something. You can only visit the terracotta warriors so many times. It would be nice to find others that are beyond going shopping and to the clubs.

Also I'm in the lookout for a brilliant web developer. I will be pulling in a decent amount of work from the US while I'm there, if I could find a good, efficient partner then the more work and money we could make. So if anyone in Xi'an reads this and has met anyone that fits the bill, please shoot me a pm :)
