englishboy Posted February 15, 2005 at 11:35 AM Report Posted February 15, 2005 at 11:35 AM hi, my understanding is that the rules are considerably relaxed. the lawyers i speak to in china tell me that any business structure is now permissable - from minority holding, through joint venture to 100% ornership except in certain industries (can't remember which though). In those industries a non-chinese company may not take a majority stake in a business. hope this helps Quote
